Our founder created the company to help early—and mid-stage founders. We’ve been in your shoes and successfully helped others in similar scenarios, so we understand what founders need, what works, and what doesn’t.

Envīveo’s services and resources are easily accessible and affordable, with no applications to fill out or equity to give up. The content is also easy to understand and digest, with a focus on real-world application and jargon kept to a minimum. 

We have designed the services and resources to be flexible. You can choose what you need when you want it and in a format that works best for you. Envīveo blends human-powered and AI-enabled consulting to give tech founders a competitive edge.

As a platform, Envīveo is a web-based hub for a range of services and resources, including Envīveo’s exclusive Vive Hive community of experts, coaches, and early- and mid-stage founders. The Envīveo platform is designed for convenience and easy access, with straightforward navigation and the ability to access and download everything online 24/7 (based on account permissions; some resources require purchase or an Envīveo Vive Hive membership for access). 

There’s no software to download, although a mobile app will soon be available to access any Envīveo resource or service on the go. The platform will keep growing, so expect to see new resources and capabilities added frequently.

Envīveo is unique because it was explicitly created to be affordable and easy to access for founders with any background and educational experience. No applications are required to join, and no equity exchange is involved. 

It’s purposely flexible. You can purchase a six—or 12-month membership to the Envīveo community—Vive Hive, which offers a variety of resources and services exclusive to members or at a discount. You can also purchase various services and resources individually. 

We’ve tried to keep everything practical and applicable to startups. You won’t find a lot of jargon or theory (and we explain anything included to prepare you for when you need to use that information). All content is based on a solid foundation of real-world success, best practices, expert insights, and founder input and feedback.

We’ve also tried to make our services and resources accessible and convenient. We know how busy founders are, especially if you’re trying to build your startup on the side while working a full-time job. We’ve invested a lot of time curating must-have startup tools, tips, and more and putting them in a centralized location, saving you a lot of search-and-research time.

Most Envīveo resources developed or curated specifically for founders can be purchased individually, enabling you to pay for only what you need. Or you can join the Vive Hive and have access to all Envīveo resources (including discounts on signature courses) for a monthly subscription fee.  We are also exploring other options for the future to keep offering clients the maximum flexibility and affordability to access the information they need.

Many Envīveo resources are free, including Voices and Views — the Envīveo blog, and select materials in the Envīveo Knowledge Hub.

In addition, coaching services and Experts as a Service (EaaS) are available at an hourly rate separate from the Hive Vive membership. Discounts are available to Hive Vive members.

Envīveo’s resources are available online at www.Envīveo.com. While some are free, many require access to Envīveo’s online community, the Vive Hive. You can also purchase many resources individually.

Coaching services can be scheduled directly online with any coach that meets your needs.  

Membership in the Vive Hive community requires a six- or 12-month subscription. Options are available for six- and 12-month terms. There are no applications to fill out. There is no equity in your business to give up. Just create an Envīveo account. Choose your membership package. Make your payment, and you’re in. 

To join the Envīveo Coaches Collective, you can apply through our website by submitting your expertise, background, and availability. Our team reviews applications to ensure alignment with our mission, and once approved, you’ll be added to our roster of expert coaches. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute content, participate in the Vive Hive community, and offer 1-on-1 consulting sessions.

As cliché as it sounds, Envīveo’s Vive Hive is about “sharing and caring.” People who join the Vive Hive are interested in success—for themselves and their fellow Vive Hivers. One of the best things about the Vive Hive is that its members are diverse, with a wide range of backgrounds, experience, and expertise. Everyone has something to offer and is here because they thrive on exchanging ideas and insights.

Envīveo does not offer free trials, but you can access free resources in the Content Store and read our blog, Voice and Views, to get a sense of what we offer. 

If you’re interested in Envīveo’s one-on-one coaching/consulting services, choose the coach you want to work with and complete the quick “Get to Know Me” form. From there, you and your prospective coach can arrange a quick call or email exchange to work out details for an introduction and to discuss your needs.

Envīveo’s coaching and consulting services work how you need them to, which is why they’re personalized. You’ll choose the coach/consultant you wish to work with and then fill out the short “Get to Know Me” form. Through our platform, you can purchase single or multiple sessions with one or several different coaches. You can also schedule directly with them using our calendar integration feature.

You and your coach/consultant will devise your consulting arrangement from there. Once you’ve determined how you’d like to work together, Envīveo will provide you with a contract specifying the scope of the engagement and other details. A typical engagement may include weekly check-ins, reviews of business plans and other documents, and other services. 

Some of our clients choose to spend a specific number of coaching hours over a predetermined number of weeks or months. Others prefer a one-time coaching session and may decide to add more sessions later. You can see a sample of our recommended coaching/consulting arrangements and contract here.
