Shawn Retzer is Envīveo’s VP, Digital Product & Experience, responsible for translating strategic vision into practical, high-performing digital platforms. With nearly twenty years of experience in web development, UX/UI design, marketing technology, and digital operations, Shawn has led the development and optimization of large-scale digital ecosystems across financial services and technology-driven organizations.
Prior to joining Envīveo, Shawn held senior digital leadership roles at Carson Group and LPL Financial, where he directed enterprise web strategy, marketing technology operations, and cross-functional digital teams. His work has included architecting scalable website frameworks, implementing enterprise content management systems, leading accessibility initiatives, and optimizing marketing technology stacks to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
