Chief Customer Officer, Envīveo

Having served as a global Vice President of Customer Engagement and Customer Loyalty at various software development companies, Debbie Edens has led teams promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer-centricity. She has a proven track record of improving operational efficiency, optimizing processes to remove the noise, and delivering high customer satisfaction. 

Debbie has both IT and Customer Service experience from various roles in software development and in the utility industry. She has a wide variety of experience as an Enterprise Architect for emerging technologies within contact centers, implementation of field workforce automation, virtual and augmented reality applications in industry and has run a Business Intelligence team. 

As a former franchise owner and small business operator, she has experience and empathy with managing the details and decisions of entrepreneurship.
