FRACTIONAL CMO + COMMERCIALIZATION LEADERSHIP

Commercializing complex technology takes more than a marketing plan.

I work alongside founders and executive teams to turn complex products, market evidence and growth ambitions into a focused commercial strategy—and provide the leadership and capacity to move it forward.

I've spent my career making complex things commercially meaningful.

I’m Tara Heptinstall, Founder and CEO of Envīveo. For three decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of strategy and execution—helping organizations turn complex ideas and technologies into meaningful market opportunities, then building the teams, systems and capabilities needed to bring those strategies to life.

My perspective is also informed by my work mentoring technology founders through Techstars and by my research at the University of Edinburgh into the challenges founders encounter as they build and commercialize new ventures.
